Housing Development Project in Vietnam Groundbreaking Ceremony Held for the First Property, "TT AVIO Project"

Cosmos Initia Co., Ltd., a member of the Daiwa House Group, is pleased to announce that on August 1st, it held the groundbreaking ceremony for the first residential development project in Vietnam, "TT AVIO," located in Di An City, Binh Duong Province, near Ho Chi Minh City.
This project is implemented under a strategic partnership with TT Capital Investment Joint Stock Company, a local real estate developer, and global real estate firm Koterasu Partners Pte. Ltd.

This residential development targets the local middle-income demographic in Vietnam, it consists of two buildings (one 30-story and one 37-story) with 1831 units. Approximately 200 people including representatives from the general contractor, sales agents, and project partners attended the groundbreaking ceremony and prayed for the safety of upcoming construction. Currently, the underground construction is progressing.

Since our founding in 1974, our company has upheld the philosophy of "considering housing from the residents' perspective to provide a higher quality living environment," delivering over 100,000 residences, mainly in the Tokyo metropolitan area. We recognize that Vietnam is currently in an era of rapid urban expansion alongside its economic growth. With plans to further expand our residential development business in this region, we aim to bring our founding philosophy to the community here as well, providing higher quality housing.

Through this strategic partnership, we plan to deliver 1,000 to 2,000 high-quality residential units annually in the Ho Chi Minh City metropolitan area for the middle-income demographic.

Leveraging this experience and track record, the company aims to implement impactful projects and contribute to the local community as a global real estate company with Japanese roots.
