Commencement of Pre-Sales activities for TT AVIO

Cosmos Initia Co., Ltd. a member of the Daiwa House Group, officially started pre-sale activities for housing development project in Di An Binh Duong on November 9 with its long term strategic partner TT Capital Investment Joint Stock Company, a local real estate developer in Vietnam, and Koterasu Partners Pte. Ltd

This project is a residential development featuring two towers, 30 and 37 stories high, comprising nearly 2.000 units designed to offer a high-quality living environment for the middle-income demographic. At an event held on November 9, attended by over 1,000 participants, we launched the first phase of nearly 350 units in the first building.

Since our founding in 1974, our company has upheld the philosophy of "considering housing from the residents' perspective to provide a higher quality living environment," delivering over 100,000 residences, mainly in the Tokyo metropolitan area. We recognize that Vietnam is currently in an era of rapid urban expansion alongside its economic growth. With plans to further expand our residential development business in this region, we aim to bring our founding philosophy to the community here as well, providing higher quality housing.

Through this strategic partnership, we plan to deliver 1,000 to 2,000 high-quality residential units annually in the Ho Chi Minh City metropolitan area for the middle-income demographic.

A real estate developer founded in 2021 in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, by Mr. Nguyen Trung Tin and Mr. Nguyen Dinh Truong, both of whom have over 10 years of experience in the real estate and financial industries. Koterasu Partners Pte. Ltd.

Founded in 2020 with the aim of becoming a global real estate company from Japan. The company's CEO, Masakazu Yamaguchi, served as the head of the Vietnam office for an investment fund, leading investments in development projects and equity contributions to local partners, with a cumulative investment of approximately USD 1 billion. Additionally, he served as a board member for local partners to whom equity investments were made, achieving a listing on the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange. Leveraging this experience and track record, the company aims to implement impactful projects and contribute to the local community as a global real estate company with Japanese roots.
